From Scratch Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Bone Broth
  • 2 tbsp Arrowroot Powder (or cornstarch)
  • 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pour bone broth into pot.
  • Measure 2 tbsp of arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) and pour into the bone broth.
  • Put burner on medium-heat. Keep heating until the mixture boils.
  • Once the mixture is boiling, whisk in poultry seasoning and salt. Keep whisking until it is thick.
  • Once the consistency of the gravy is thick, you have your from scratch gravy!
